3. If you really can’t stop the Gossip, then turn it positive

4. Go one day without checking your phone or laptop, even your TV
No one will die. It could wait until tomorrow. You should learn to give your-self sometime alone.
5. Read at least one book in a month, so pick minimum 12 for 2021
