Karnataka High Court Delivers Split Verdict in Hijab Ban Case, Receives 42.1% Negative Sentiments from Online Audiences: Report CheckBrand
A two-judge bench of the High Court has conveyed a parted judgment while hearing petitions testing the Karnataka High Court request which wouldn't topple a prohibition on hijabs in instructive establishments in the state. Yet, there is no stay by the top court on the Karnataka High court decision. The matter has now been alluded to the Chief Justice of India (CJI) UU Lalit to comprise a new bench.
