Happy Birthday NSA Ajit Doval | Find Out When He Was Almost Caught During An Intelligence Operation In PAK

National Security Advisor Ajit Doval has done many such brave feats, before which the stories of James Bond will also be lightened. Whether it was to maintain a disguise in Pakistan for 7 years or even the master planning for the surgical & air strike at Pakistan’s terror camps post retirement as NSA to the Government of India.

Today on his Birthday, the entire Nation recalls the acts of valour that Doval has committed, especially during his disguise in the enemy state and terror hub of the world, Pakistan. The mastermind of surgical strikes and person responsible for various other military strategic operations, Ajit Doval is dear to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He is considered right hand of PM or rather say ‘The Go-to Person’ for PM when it comes to National security.

Born on 20 January 1945 in Pauri Garhwal, Utrakhand, Ajit Kumar Doval turned 76 today. He is the fifth and the present National Security Advisor to the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi. He has earlier given his services as the Director of the Intelligence Bureau from 2004-2005, after spending 10 years as the head of its operation wing.

At the initial career, Doval joined the National Police Force as IPS in 1968 batch, with first posting as the Assistant Superintendent of Police for the Kottayam district of Kerala. He actively took participation in anti-insurgency operations in Kerala and Punjab. After four years from commencing his first duty at Kottayam, Kerala, the IPS officer joined the Intelligence Bureau in the year 1972. From then on, he took part in several important intelligence operations, one after another. He is denoted as one of India’s high-profile detectives. As an under-cover agent, Doval holds many stories related to secret operations in Pakistan. One such incident, Doval recounted in a ceremony after his retirement from Intelligence Bureau (IB) as how a man in Pakistan identified him as a Hindu by observing Doval’s ear piercing. According to Doval, the man himself was an undercover agent from India; the man helped him with helpful advices such as having a surgery to close ear piercing. Doval’s services in the love of the motherland have indeed secured freedoms of a billion Indians.

The Kirti Chakra is considered a huge gallantry award in the India armed forces, which is generally not given to people outside the armed forces. Ajit Doval is the only police officer who got the Kirti Chakra. There are many such works behind it, to which only Doval had the potential. Like in 1989, Ajit Doval led Operation Black Thunder to evacuate extremists from the Golden Temple in Amritsar.

Back then, he disguised as becoming a rickshawwala to do his work of getting the Intel and without even giving ear to anyone, he came out from the Golden Temple with all the information of maps, weapons and fighters. NSA Ajit Doval is definitely a gem in the crown of India’s sovereignty.

Doval is also regarded as the instrument figure in the abrogation of the article 370- a special status of Jammu & Kashmir.
