Kriti And Tiger Re-unite For Ganapath
Actor Kriti Sanon roped in for Tiger Shroff-starrer "Ganapath" as a leading lady, the makers announced on Wednesday. Directed by Vikas Bahl, the action-packed thriller will mark Sanon's reunion with Shroff, who co-starred with her in her 2014 Bollywood debut movie "Heropanti."
"Ganapath" will be produced by Pooja Entertainment's Jackky Bhagnani in association with Good Co.
Expressing hope, Bhagnani said that with Shroff and Sanon coming together for it, the film would turn out to be great.
Director Vikas Bahl expressed excitement saying “ We know Kriti is the best choice for the movie.”
Kriti renounced her joy working for the second time with her Heropanti co-star Tiger Shroff.
She said “I am thrilled to be directed by Vikas and work with Tiger in a space that is so new to me. I’ve been wanting to explore the genre of action since a while now and I’m super excited to do so on such a massive scale with Pooja Entertainment. I’m glad to be starting my journey with such a cool character.”
Sharing her look from the movie, Kriti tweeted “ Meet JASSI!!Super Duper excited for this one!! Teaming up once again with my very special @Tigershroff. Can’t wait for the shoot to begin. Let’s kill it guyssss!”
"We're delighted to see our leading lady Kriti on board. The screen is likely to catch the right kind of fire with Tiger and Kriti together. Mark my words, in her latest avatar of action, she will blow everybody's mind," he said.
The project is already in planning and will soon be on the floors. It is to be released in 2022.
