Parineeti Requests Fans Not To Share Movie Spoilers Ahead Girl On The Train Release

Bollywood version of the Girl On the train starring Meri Pyari Bindu actress Parineeti Chopra is all set to release today.

The best part about the movie is Parineeti’s voice in the song “ Matlabi Yaariya’. Before the release of the film, Chopra shared an Instagram video confining a glimpse of the song. Parineeti shared her version of the song which is originally sung by Neha Kakkar.

In her insta post, she wrote “Ending a 1.5 year journey with this .. Sang this song for the film .. Go check it out .. AND .. #TheGirlOnTheTrain is yours now ... Thankyou everyone. #LinkInBio #MatlabiYaariyan |Thankyou Vipin sir for giving me this song @vipinpatwaofficial @kumaarofficial | @iamdannyleen."

Parineeti shared the beginning of the movie on August 6, 2019 when she added a twitter post where she wrote “So we have started shooting for #GirlOnthetrain in London. It’s my most difficult role till date; I feel like I’m in hostel with no time for social media or chilling or doing anything else.”

Parineeti also urged her fans not to share the movie spoilers before the release. In her note she mentioned that the movie is a murder mystery and any kind of false share might lead to spoiling the essence of the movie.

Girl On The Train is a murder mystery based on Paula Hawkins’ novel ‘Girl on the train’. A Hollywood movie with the same title was released in 2016 starring Emily Blunt.

In the Bollywood version, Parineeti plays the role of a divorcee observing the perfect life of a couple during her daily train journey. After witnessing a shocking incident, she is trapped into a murder mystery which is discovered in the film.

In her previous interviews Parineeti described her role saying “Meera is a very intense, traumatised, alcoholic woman and has so many layers to her but for me, I used the visual references as the starting point because I wanted to pitch the alcoholism right. I didn’t want to do that filmy drunk acting. So while discussing with the director I would ask him what scenes he had in mind, what was the pitch he was looking at and I wouldn’t watch the whole scene, I would watch just for a couple of seconds to get the tone and take it from there. So our job was to make it our own, right from adapting it was made for Hindi audiences and all of us were cast. The challenge was us against ourselves, we had to be better than the previous film, we had to surprise and shock and wanted to do something new. That was an exciting challenge and the reason I did the film was that challenge.” Tell Chopra that Emily Blunt reportedly drank a few pegs before the scenes, and the actress laughs saying, “I am very impressed with her then because if I did the same I wouldn’t have been able to focus and work properly.”

The movie is directed by Ribhu Dasgupta and it co-stars Aditi Rao Hydri, Avinash Tiwari and Kirti Kulhari.
