Apple Becomes the 1st Company to Export $1 Billion Mobile Phones from India, Receives 42.2% Positive Sentiments from the Audiences: CheckBrand

According to a report by The Economic Times, Apple has outpaced rival Samsung to become the first company to export smartphones worth $1 billion, or Rs 8,100 crore, from India in a single month (ET). According to data, December was also a record month for the smartphone industry, with exports of mobile phones exceeding Rs 10,000 crore.

It should be noted that the top mobile exporters to India have been the California-based tech giant Apple and the South Korean conglomerate Samsung. Apple surpassed Samsung to become the nation's top exporter in November after Samsung had previously dominated the export of mobile phones. The iPhone 14, 12, 13, and 14 Plus models are currently being assembled by Apple in India.
