The #Redmi9Power is here to amaze you !

India's #1SmartphoneBrand has unveiled its new device which certainly would be one of its flagship products in the near future. Launched at noon on the 17th of December, 2020, Redmi 9 Power seems to have already captured the social media trends:

The buzz seems to have been created by a carefully crafted digital marketing strategy by the company which promised to giveaway 9 of its newly launched device to its fans in a competition on twitter. So what does this device offer ? The company website reveals the following features:

⦁    Qualcomm Snapdragon 662
⦁    48MP Quad Camera Array
⦁    8MP Selfie Camera
⦁    16.58cm (6.53) FHD+ IPS Display
⦁    Corning Gorilla Glass 3
⦁    6000 mAh battery with fast charge
⦁    2+1 Dedicated SIM card slots

The 6000 mAh battery would ensure that one never goes out of power. The company proclaims that the enhanced battery life would ensure an uninterrupted performance for three years. Like its earlier models, the Redmi 9 Power comes in two storage variants: 4GB + 64 GB and 4GB +128 GB respectively.

Redmi 9 Power would be available on Amazon, MI's official retail outlets according to the company's Facebook handle.
However, there seems to be an issue which the users have been pointing out. The company states that the device supports 18W Fast Charge, then why does it provide a 22.5W charger in the box that comes with the device ? Seems like Redmi has to answer this to its users.

Lets analyse the Pro's and Con's :

  Pro's:
⦁    6000mAh battery gives long battery life
⦁    18 W fast charging
⦁    MIUI 12 custom UI support
⦁    Gorilla Glass 3 protection
⦁    USB-On-The-Go support is enabled
⦁    Comes with stereo speakers
⦁    Decent camera experience
⦁    Dedicated micro SD card slot
⦁    Side frame fingerprint reader

Con's:
⦁    Charging the phone will take time
⦁    Moderate processing speed
⦁    Plastic body
⦁    Not preferred for high-end games

The budget smartphone offers almost everything that a high-end device would. The battery is its selling point and the camera would certainly capture those inquisitive and excited customers of Redmi who stand dedicated to the company.
