INDIA SHINES AT ASIA CUP 2022, CHECKBRAND ANALYSES ITS PRODUCTIVITY INDEX
The 2022 Asia Cup is the fifteenth version of the Asia Cup cricket competition, with the matches being played as Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is) during August and September 2022 in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Originally planned to be held in September 2020, the competition was deferred to July 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic. It was then rescheduled to occur in Sri Lanka in June 2021, before being delayed again. On 27 July 2022, the ACC affirmed that the competition would be played in the United Arab Emirates, with Sri Lanka Cricket filling in as the competition's host. After the two phenomenal initial matches played by India, CheckBrand assessed the Team’s digital brand value based on its popularity in the web space.

It has received 51.8% of positive sentiments from the audiences, since the beginning of the matches along with a 32.3 Billion digital reach. CheckBrand also found out that the team’s ‘Search Engine Score’ summed up to 1727 in the past 7 days as of 1st September 2022.

Till now India has played two matches against Pakistan and Hong Kong respectively. The team’s performance in both matches has been extensively fantastic. In the first match against Pakistan, the team defeated its neighbouring country by 5 wickets, whereas on 31st August, India won against Hong Kong by 40 runs. Although the team has a great reach in the audience, these consecutive wins have increased their digital popularity all across the country. The Indian Cricket Team is also continuously trending on Twitter because of its astounding performance.
