Supreme Court Rejects Trump’s Attempt To Dethrone Biden
The Supreme Court on Friday rejected a litigation from Texas Attorney-backing President Donald Trump to cancel the voted of millions of voters from various states who made Joe Biden win the Presidential elections.
The lawsuit filed by the Texas attorney challenged Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia and Wisconsin and declare their election results invalid.
This comes after Trump with the help of different Republican attorney and lawyers decided to sue the above states for mishandling the voters’ ballots and favoring the Democrats. Trump went to the Supreme court to appeal for revocation of votes that Joe Biden received during the elections.
In the past few days, Donald Trump along with his supporters have created a queue of untruthful statements and biased accusations about Biden winning the Presidential position. The one thing that the Republicans seek is to see Trump regain his throne as President of US.
As Supreme Court’s decision arrived, Trump responded to it saying "The Supreme Court really let us down. No Wisdom, No Courage!," Trump.
While the Republicans doesn’t look happy with the decision, Americans are standing in SC’s support and want Bident to be their President after Trumps’ ‘big talk and no work’ attitude.
Mike Gwin, a spokesman for Biden's campaign, said the decision was "no surprise."
Twitter sees #supremecourt as most of the Americans delightfully accept the SC’s order to reject the lawsuit.
The SC order stated: "The State of Texas's motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot."
As Trump loses the case, the Republicans fear if they can never again see their Master Trump on the President seat again.
