Udhav Thackeray Faction Seeks Delhi HC to Quash EC’s Decision for Freezing the Party Name & Symbol
Uddhav Thackeray Receives 10.5% Positive Sentiments for the News: Report CheckBrand
The Uddhav Thackeray-drove Shiv Sena group Monday moved toward the Delhi High Court looking to suppress the Election Commission of India's (ECI) request for freezing the party name and symbol.
Considering the forthcoming bypoll in Maharashtra, the survey administrative body has frozen the Shiv Sena's 'bow and arrow' image and barrred both Thackeray's group of the party and Maharashtra Boss Pastor Eknath Shinde-drove group from utilizing it. The EC has requested that the two gatherings recommend by Monday three different name decisions of the party and as many free images for designation to their particular gatherings.

The Thackeray group is challenging the bypolls. The BJP, a partner of the Shinde bunch, has additionally chosen to challenge. As October 14 is the last date for recording designations, the EC choice on the elective images and names of the two groups is possible soon.
