Indians Demand #boycottbjp, Says The Party Is Dividing India

India is a country of hopes and values, culture and tradition, and above all acceptance and moratorium. Where a large group in India follows the defined law, the other does not always abide by it. It was the time of Swadeshi movement 1905 which continuously raised the word boycott in the country and it is now 2020 when the word ‘boycott’ is used frequently to get away with things, policies, or government that does not go with a particular sentiment.

Today Indian’s agree with #boycottbjp on twitter as they believe that BJP is responsible for the sordid that happened on 26th January leading to the country’s shame.

Where a lot of them believe that the red fort incident would have been avoided if the BJP agreed with the farmers, others feel that the ruling party is dividing India.

Here are some of the major tweets:

Why #boycottbjp is trending on twitter?

The #boycottbjp is used by people to express their dissent for the rise of a party they believe is dividing the nation by mocking the farmers and standing against farmer protests.

The farmer protests that came into the limelight a month after the farmers in Punjab have been vocal about the revocation of the three bills has now become the national issue as the farmers demand taking back Farm bills 2020.

The ongoing farmer protests also included #boycottambani and #boycottjio as they believed these large corporates the major peace breakers for the farmers. From the beginning of the farmer protests to the time now, the farmers have been adamant to their demands of revoking the three bills and accepted nothing.

After various attempts from the BJP including a four member SC committee Ashok Gulati, Promod Kumar Joshi, Bhupinder Singh Mann and Anil Ghanwat administered to look into the farm laws and suggest amendments, the idea of suspension of the farm laws for eighteen months and more than ten round of talks with the farm unions, the Indian farmers continue to protest for their rights.

After all the tittle-tattle the farmers finally decided to continue the peaceful tractor parade on 26th January which somehow turned into a chaos as the farmers tried to harm the police, broke barricades and the incident injured around 300 police personnel. Not only this but they hoist the Nishan Sahib flag on the red fort, which according to some people, is disrespecting the nation as they believe the protesting farmers are Khalistanis and demand a separate nation for themselves.

But now it is reported that the man who tried to hoist the flag is Deep Sindhu, the BJP ally who was the right-hand of Sunny Deol who is a BJP MP. He is believed to have played a role in diverting the tractor rally from the agreed route and then led the storming of Red Fort.

Congress believes Amit Shah is the sole proprietor of the red fort incident. "A concerted conspiracy, aided and abetted by the Modi government, is unfolding to malign the entire farmers' movement and to push them out and bury the demand for repeal of the three anti-agriculture black laws under the din and noise of FIRs," Rajdeep Singh Surjewala said.

It is further speculated that the BJP ally Deep Sindhu has gone missing since tomorrow night.

All of the above reasons add up to people’s agitation towards BJP considering the party is trying to malign the farmers protests as the farmers did not agree to what the national party always wanted i.e to implement the farm laws.
