The perturbed ram mandir situations have been in the news in the previous year as the Central government announced construction of the ram temple on the pious bhoomi of Ayodhya.
Where on a part, Ram bhakts have made themselves clear in support of the construction, today comes a news that devastated them.
Four people were arrested for stealing a total of six lakh rupees from Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trusts bank account.
Ayodhya DIG Deepak Kumar on Saturday announced the heist and also said that the amount was transferred to PNB in Maharashtra from Ayodhya’s State Bank of India using two cheques of Rs. 2.5 lakh and 3.5 lakh using forged signatures.
But despite this incident, the ram bhakts left no stones unturned to trend #donate_for_ram_mandir.
The ram devotees have further decided to fill up the monetary void after the Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust theft.
The Ram mandir trust in August also demanded ram bhakts to donate copper plates stating the temple will be built on ancient grounds.
The trust said “The Mandir will be built by adhering to India’s ancient and traditional construction techniques. It will also be built to sustain earthquakes, storms and other natural calamities. Iron won’t be used in the construction of the Mandir. Donors can engrave family names, place of origin or their community temples’ names on these plates. This way, the copper plates will not only symbolize the unity of this country but also be a testament to the entire country’s contribution towards Mandir construction.’
