Who is Rahul Gandhi ?

The issue of China building a village in Arunachal Pradesh on the Indian side of the de facto border was raised by Rahul Gandhi on his social media platforms:
 

Retaliating to the accusations made by him, the President of the BJP, JP Nadda attacked the Congress President. He stated: "Now that Mr Rahul Gandhi has returned from his monthly vacation, I would like to ask him some questions. I hope he will answer them in his today's Press Conference".

To which Rahul Gandhi replied: "Who is he that I have to answer to him? Is he my professor? I will answer to the country."

Rahul Gandhi's reply instantly became a hit on the social media platforms with a trend "Who is Rahul Gandhi".

Mr Nadda had hit out at the Congress leader over a range of subjects, from China to the coronavirus pandemic crisis and the farmer protests in a series of tweets:
 

He further tweeted: "Rahul Gandhi spared no opportunity to demotivate the nation in the spirited fight against COVID-19. Today when India has one of the lowest cases and our scientists have come up with a vaccine, why hasn't he congratulated the scientists and lauded 130 crore Indians even once ?".

He went ahead further to ask: "Why did farmers remain poor for decades under Congress governments? Does he feel sympathy for farmers only in opposition?" 
In a series of verbal spats between the two prominent leaders of the Indian political sphere, netizens seem to be having a gala time:

Replying to the questions, Rahul Gandhi stated: "Farmers know the reality. All farmers know what Rahul Gandhi does. Nadda ji was not at Bhatta Parsaul. I have a character, I am not scared of Narendra Modi or anyone, they can't touch me but they can shoot me. I am a patriot and will protect my country. It is my dharma. I am more fanatic than them".

Couple of years ago, Priyanka Gandhi had asked a similar question "who is Smriti Irani ?', the result was that Rahul Gandhi was defeated in Uttar Pradesh and had to rush to Kerala to secure a seat.
