President of NATO and Croatia Slams the West’s Deeply Immoral Decision of Backing of Kyiv; Receives 35.6% Negative Sentiments from the Audiences: CheckBrand

The president of NATO member Croatia said that conventional war against Russia is "mad,", and also criticised western countries for arming Ukraine with heavy tanks and other weapons.

Reporters in the Croatian capital Zagreb were informed by Zoran Milanovic that the military assistance given to Kyiv by Western countries was useless and would only prolong the conflict.

Milanovic opposed the West's efforts to assist Ukraine in putting an end to Putin's illegitimate and unprovoked invasion, saying: "I am against sending any lethal arms there, it prolongs the war."

Additionally, Milanovic stated today that Kyiv would never reclaim Crimea, the peninsula that Russia annexed from Ukraine in 2014.

During a visit to military barracks in the eastern town of Petrinja, Milanovic told reporters that what the West is doing regarding Ukraine "is deeply immoral because there is no solution (to the war)".

It is evident that Crimea will never once more be a part of Ukraine, he said.

Volodymyr Zelensky, president of Ukraine, has vowed to reinstate Ukrainian control over Crimea, claiming the peninsula is Ukrainian territory and that the annexation was not recognised by the majority of nations.
