Zomato crowns Delhi Man ‘The Nation’s Biggest Foodie’ as he orders food 3,330 times in a year

Zomato followed Swiggy in making its annual report for 2022 available on its app. And what's this? In this app, the most popular dishes of the year included biryani at the top. Additionally, the list has made the name of Zomato's most frequent user public, who has reportedly ordered 3,330 meals through the app this year.

Ankur, a Delhi resident, reportedly used the food delivery app Zomato to place 3,330 orders in 2022. According to estimates, he places an average of 9 food orders per day. Ankur has been named "The nation's biggest foodie" by Zomato in its annual report, honouring his passion for food.

Notably, the report also identified the city where Zomato's promo code was used to reduce delivery costs the most. In West Bengal, Raiganj, 99.7% of Zomato orders had a promo code applied to them, making it the city that loved discounts. Not only that, but Zomato also identified the customer who used discounts to save thousands of dollars. In one year, a Mumbai user of Zomato was able to save Rs 2.43 lakh on all food orders.
